And his calm and unbiased way kept me calm throughout the stressful process of finding and buying a home in today’s crazy market. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Rod showed me as many properties as I wanted to see using FaceTime because I wasn’t able to see the property in person. Rod is a very patient, good listener, kind, and diligent agent that helped me find the place I needed to buy. I found my experience with Rod to be very pleasant and I am certainly going to use him again, hopefully in the near future. Great job!! 5 stars!

A scary thought, we bought a house in Alaska when we were still in Montana. We were not able to see the house personally because we were unable to go to Alaska ahead of time due to work. Rod was amazing. Not only did he respond quickly, he went above and beyond to help us see what we were buying. While video chatting, he was able to explain the location and neighborhood. Unasked, he made a video of the drive to our house so we could see what the drive looked like and how long it would take to get to town. That was a very helpful video that he thought of on his own. We are very please with his help and thoughtfulness.

Rod helped me buy my first home, navigate construction issues with ease, and then when I was ready to move, helped me find a reliable property manager for me to rent out my house! All around great realtor!
